What’s the best product for mild dehydrated skin. I have oily/combo skin and recently I have been very dry on my t zone only and my oiliness isnt all that bad. Should i invest in a toner or serum? And which do you recommend?

    • Jenny says:

Hi Mary, if your skin is super dry I think having a serum to add moisture (like the Klairs Rich Moist Soothing Serum) plus a moisturizer to lock in the moisture will help. Another popular toner (though many people use it like a serum) is the Hada Labo Gokujun. I haven’t used it myself, but many people swear by it. The Klairs toner in this post will also help if you’re ok with adding a toner step to your routine.

Just learnt today that my skin is a de-hydrated type so this was a good read! Thank you

Fantastic post. My skin tends to be on the drier side these days and I find a good moisture mask does the trick. The Way Honey Deep Mask sounds divine, I will def check out the details.

Hydrating my skin is definitely something that I neglected and later regretted!

I was not really aware that dehydrated skin was it’s own thing, but it makes a lot of sense.

This post also reminded me that I have a facemask I had forgotten about in the fridge, so thanks! haha.

No problem! I’ve definitely been guilty of leaving my masks in the fridge and forgetting about them, haha. But at least it’ll be nice and cool when you apply it!
