That was extremely helpful! Loved this post, Jenny.
So many lovely products and a super handy list of useful and harmful ingredients. I’m expanding past knowing to avoid alcohol in my products.
My skin has been quite sensitive recently so this is super useful.

  10. I have used some of these, and I have sensitive skin so organic or natural fragrances usually are okay only if they aren’t too strong. Rose and chamomile are my favourite oils to use on my skin. The warmer that it gets, I tend to use less products on my face. Thanks for sharing. /Madison

  11. Amy Aed says:

I really need this! With the warmer weather, I find myself using more skincare products, and because my skin is so sensitive it makes it hard to really take care of my skin. I will 100% start taking this all in mind!

    Have a great week :)

  12. These look like some really great products for the skin. My skin is sensitive and I like that these won’t be harsh or strip the skin :) http://www.bauchlefashion.com/2019/03/70s-revival-how-denim-is-making-comeback.html

I love the CeraVe cleaser and the Bioderma micellar water! They have both worked well for my really finicky skin. I am always on the look for a new cleanser so I might give that La Roche-Posay one a try.

  20. Love this! I have sensitive skin, and it’s prone to be irritated irregularly too. Some brands it’s repelled from completely and others, some you’d think would definitely be a no-no, no problems what so ever. I tend to certain brands because of this. I love that Bioderma micellar water. It’s one of my faves. I’m also going to check out some of those repair serums too so thanks for the heads up

  21. I definitely don’t miss those episodes with irritated/angry skin. I actually used to resort to washing my face with actual whole milk to soothe it. Really works btw :) La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5 is one of my go to products as well. I’ve also found snail products to be really soothing and Weleda Skin Food is one of my faves no matter the condition of my skin.

My skin is always acting up at this time of the year so this is so helpful. Thank you!

  23. Naya says:

With my dry/sensitive skin I always worry about over-exfoliating my face as well. And, of course, cheating with Nutella is never a good idea either (hello pimples!). I really love Bioderma and that little Glossier cleanser, both are currently in my rotation. I forgot how much I enjoyed Cicaplast! I need to check if my local drugstore has it, it is such a wonderful formula! Thanks for so many wonderful skincare tips here, Jenny! xx

  24. I swear by the Zelens Power D Treatment Drops if my skin is seriously annoyed, and use Ceramides and simply caution to keep my skin happy. The days when I thought I could just throw anything at my skin are gone…

  25. MissLaven says:

Great skincare tips and recommendations! I also do a skincare detox if I feel my skin is over-cared or exfoliated. Usually, I limit myself to only three basic products. And leave out makeup.

  26. Absolutely happy to see La Roche Posay and CereVe mentioned in this post. They are my go to, not only when my skin is irritated but also when it’s looking and feeling tired.

  27. Emily says:

Luckily I don’t ever get irritated or sensitive skin. It takes a strong retinol to really irritate my skin haha. These are super great tips though! One day I’ll be able to afford some beautiful La Mer.
