Shopping hauls: Dailylook, Dermstore, and UNT
I kept trying to think of something clever to write to start off this entry, but nothing really came to mind. That’s what happens after a day of work -_- Anyways, I think I’ll just stop babbling now and get straight to the point.
…is a unique store where each day, you can shop from 1 to 3 different looks, all of the latest trend and put together by stylists. The looks can be a hit or miss, depending on your personal style, but I’ve been lucky so far.
The prices are similar to that of Forever 21, maybe a bit higher, but the quality is also noticeably better. They also have a great return policy – free returns for orders over $75! I actually bought another dress from them, but it turned out to be very unflattering, so I returned it. Even if you don’t buy anything, you can still check out the styles, their celebrity inspirations, and the stylists’ tips & tricks :)
…is similar to Ulta and Sephora, but they carry more unique brands. They had a $10 blowout sale a while back, and while I didn’t really need anything, I couldn’t help myself :P
These smell amazing, but I find them a bit too rich for my hair, especially since the directions say to apply the conditioner/mask to my scalp as well. I just started using these though, so we’ll see.
…is a brand you’ve read me raving about in the past, so when DHC was a fail, I decided to try UNT’s skincare line instead. Since they’re a Taiwanese brand, they carried more than enough brightening products to fit my needs :P
As you can tell I started using some of the products already, and so far I’m loving them. I’ll do a full review once I’ve used them for a bit longer, but I do notice my skin becoming brighter :)
Finally, there are less than 5 days left before my skincare/beauty giveaway ends, so don’t forget to enter!
