HEV rays are present in the violet-blue band of visible sunlight, unlike the harmful ultraviolet light that we can’t see like UVA and UVB. Take Regular Time Out
Culturally, we spend a lot of time online. With access to the internet widespread and so many immersive options available for downtime on-screen – be it on social media, video games, or online casinos – time flies and hours can easily be lost to being glued to a screen. Yet many experts remain skeptical about the amount of skin damage blue light can cause and simply recommend using a high-quality SPF cream daily. All you can do is endeavor to stay updated on the most recent of research developments and play it safe, where possible, to take care of the skin you’re in.
