I love these kinds of posts, honestly, so many new ideas to add to my (already never-ending!) wishlist. :) I have heard such good things about Klairs products, and I remember reading the review on your lovely blog before. Definitely on my radar!! Really appreciate your honest thoughts on the other products, too. I actually haven’t tried most of these before, but now I know what to look out for. :) Thank you for sharing. xoxo

  2. Oh wow – this is such a lovely collection! I still haven’t tried anything from Glossier so it’s definitely on the list! :)

Love all your photos – absolutely gorgeous!

That Activist serum sounds amazing. I will have to check this out. And too bad about Glossier Milky Cleanser I had a lot about it but they do make lots of great products.

  4. Jenny, I’m just now getting into oils and love them. Definitely taking note of the Naruko and Activist. I’ve also never tried Klairs. You have me curious now.

  5. What a cool roundup; I must say I have that Klairs toner on my wishlist for a few months now, I just need to make an online order already. It sounds divine! I have a brand new bottle of Milky Jelly cleanser, I am so curious to give it a go – see what the whole fuss is about. Great review, Jenny! Always a pleasure to read your posts! xx

Surprised to see the Trilogy restoring oil on your ‘not the best’ list at the end as I’ve always read good things about the brand. I guess it shows not every product can be a winner! :)

Hope you are having a good weekend :) We are having a quiet one to recover from our busy week!

  7. Always love these posts Jenny! Totally random question but where do you store all your empties/how do you ensure it doesn’t become hoarder status?

Thank you Sonia! I store them in a bin in my bathroom cabinet, and take them out for an empties post when the bin fills up, which is usually around the 3 month mark :)

I’ve seen so many people rave about the Milky Jelly Cleanser and have always been eager to try it, but considering that it’s nothing special I don’t feel like I’m missing out anymore 😅 I’ve recently been trying out Klairs and love their toner as well, I can see why it’s raved about and glad to know they have brought a fragrance free version to the market!

I’d like to try the Instytutum Eye Cream. I need a new eye cream as the one I’m using always feels like it dries out under my eyes!

I see what you mean about Milky Jelly cleanser, it is a bit blah. I really enjoyed mine though and would repurchase. Its a shame your pump stopped working though. I don’t expect that from a product in that price bracket xx

  11. Alyssa says:

I absolutely love the Klairs Midnight Blue Activating Drop as well! And I keep reading so many good reviews about Naruko and that Klairs Toner but I still haven’t both tried them. But I have a bunch of the klairs toner samples in my stash XD

I couldn’t agree more about the Klairs Blue Activating Drop! I swear it’s one of the reasons why my skin is so good now! Initially I don’t see any difference but over time I saw how clear and healthy my skin is.

  13. I felt the exactly the same way about the Glossier Milky Jelly Cleanser. Loved it at first and by the end I was so meh, it was struggle to finish it. My pump didn’t break but it kept getting jammed which was really annoying. I’m midway through my Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin E Mask and I think it’s good. I’ve been using it combination with Vitamin C which amps up the benefits of both ingredients.

  14. The Klairs Youth Activating drops sound fabulous – I have only just starting to use some products from this brand and am impressed x

  15. You have so many empties – it’s impressive!! I was quite disappointed by the Bioderma serum as well – there was so little product and there isn’t much result to see even after finishing it up! I saw a few more Klairs product popup at my local store (They’ve been stocking a bunch of new Asian/Korean makeup brands!) and I nver know where to start! I’ll definitely have to go through your archives soon!

  16. I still love the Klairs Vitamin E mask. Yes, it is no longer as brightening as it used to be, but I feel like it keeps things in check.
